    Dear Sir/Mdm
    When I bought a Joy call card, I read conditions included NO connection fee and UK rate at 1.4c per min. When I used the card, my A$10 card had only 28 minutes worth for call to Manchester land line.

    Please clarify rate/charges as I cant find information on website.

    I had the same problem with this card! In my case, it was worst cos I only realise this after charging shit loads of money into my card. I have called to complain at the customer line- am waiting for a reply now. The customer service was one of the most unhelpful I know.
