    I have a new (Not Used)Sweet Deal Phone card and am not able to access the service of overseas call for the past three days. The message I get after entering the pin code is the service is experiencing difficulties please hang up and try later.

    The customer service number 1800464155 rings and cuts off after two rings.

    Please confirm if the Sweet Deal phone card system is operational and the set up is not wound up.

    I would like to get a replacement card if the service is wound up.
