I have been phoning your 1300 number for the last half hour and as yet have not received an answer so I am hoping your email service is better than your phone service.
I have a “Daybreak” phone calling card and for the past 4 days have been trying to contact Abu Dhabi at different times of the day. Instead of the connection going through I am getting a recording saying “network currently unavailable”. The person I am endeavouring to contact is receiving a ringing tone at his end but the line is dead when he picks up the phone.
Could you please advise me if this is a fault with the card system or phone? I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience and it may be worth looking into your telephone service.
